Following are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to get an order? TOP
From 1 week up to 4 weeks. Some of the products on our website are handmade. Please check the estimated turn around time stated on the product page. If your order is running longer than the estimated time, we will be happy to look into it for you.

Why is there a small blue mark on my item? TOP
If you received your merchandise and see a small blue mark, it is a water soluable marker used for monogramming your items. We remove these marks from each and every item however, they can sometimes reappear. Simply dab the mark with a damp cloth and it should disappear. 

Will you send an order confirmation? TOP
Of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact us.

How should I wash my item? TOP
Please wash our clothing inside out in cold water, gentle cycle; Line dry.  Most fabric is 100% cotton.

When is my credit card charged? TOP
Your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.

Do you ship overseas or to Canada? TOP
We do ship to Canada, but unfortunately we're unable to ship offer additional international shipping at this time. We will be offering expanding shipping in the near future.

Should I expect to hear from you about my order? TOP
Please remember to check your e-mail frequently and carefully as sometimes we have questions for you.

Did I pick the best Font choice? TOP
If we feel the font style chosen does not display your name or monogram in the best way possible, we will contact you with alternative choices.

Can you send me a catalog? TOP
At this time, we do not have a printed catalog.

What are the different Pant lengths you have? TOP
Bloomers are above the knee, Pantaloons are mid calf, and Pants with Ruffles and Capris are ankle length.

Will you embroider a phrase? TOP
The $6.00 personalization fee includes a standard name or monogram.  If you would like to have a phrase embroidered, please contact us with your request and we will get back to you with pricing prior to placing your order.  An example, "I Love Grandma" on a bib has a three dollar surcharge.
