Sales Tax 

Sales tax (9.25%) will only be added to those orders that are shipped to the state of Tennessee.

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO address or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees. 

Return Policy

While we very rarely encounter the need for customer returns, we do want to work with you to resolve any issue you may have. We accept items in their original and unused condition for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. If an item has been worn or has been washed, it is not eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued. Oh SEW Adorable does not pay for the cost of shipping on returns. You will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping cost. Sorry but shipping costs are not refundable. In the event the error is made by Oh SEW Adorable, we will gladly refund your shipping cost.

We would love to make an exchange for you or issue a store credit. Let us know and we can do that for you easily. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns must be sent using a traceable method of shipping. We recommend using the USPS Postal Service with priority shipping and delivery confirmation, UPS, or FedEx.

Refunds are made in the form of original payment.

Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. In the event an error is made by Oh SEW Adorable, we will happily send you a replacement.

Cancellations Process

Most orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. Email us to find out the status of the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Unless you have received an acknowledgement of cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to cancel it. Special orders and personalized items are not cancelable under any circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will be asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.

The thread color and placement of the personalization shown on the product item is standard. We carefully select the thread color and placement to ensure your personalization will be very visible. If necessary, feel free to add a comment to the item when placing your order and we will be willing to discuss other suitable options with you.

We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part.
